Our goal at Start with fiber Inc is to make the return of your order hassle-free. You can return any of our products within 90 days of receiving them for a refund minus the shipping cost we incurred in shipping the item to you.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@startwithfiber.com for an RMA, or Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please note that your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within seven days from the date we received your returned item in our facility. We encourage you to ship your returned item with a tracking number so that you will be able to track when it was delivered to us.
Who pays for return shipping
You are 100% responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund in seven days after we receive your returned item at our facility, we advise that you should contact your bank or credit card company or PayPal customer service.
